Payroll Specialist
Responsibilites
In this position, which reports to the CFO, you will be part of a team that is responsible for:
- Weekly in-house payroll
- Calculating payroll according to union contract provisions
- Remittance of payroll taxes, garnishments, and 401(k) payroll deductions
- Processing employee Expense Reports
- Logging payroll related job costing
- Job / Budget reconciliations
- Other payroll related projects as needed
- Providing support and backup to other administrative staff as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of hands-on payroll experience; in-house payroll experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience working in an entertainment labor environment is a plus
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook, MAS90/Sage 100 experience a plus
